Information we collect
When you submit a form on this site — a cleaning quote request, a rental application, or general contact — we collect the information you provide. For a cleaning quote, that includes your name, contact information, property details, and service preferences. For a rental application, that includes the information described on the application itself (contact and address history, employment, proposed occupants, and similar details) — this site's rental application does not collect your Social Security Number, ITIN, or any payment information.
How we use it
We use submitted information only to respond to your inquiry, evaluate your application, or provide the service you requested. We do not sell your information.
How we store it
Submitted information is stored using Cloudflare's infrastructure and is accessible only to Davis Ventures through a password-protected admin dashboard.
Analytics
This site does not currently use any analytics or tracking service. If that changes, this policy will be updated to disclose the provider and what data is collected.
Third parties
This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Form submissions may also be relayed through Resend, an email-delivery service, so that Davis Ventures is notified of new inquiries. Neither service uses your information for their own purposes — they process it only to operate this site.
